Diagnosica is a clinical-reasoning practice app. You take a history from an AI patient by voice or text, order labs and imaging, commit to a diagnosis and a management plan, then defend your reasoning to an AI attending and get marked on it.
"Will promoting an AI medical app make me look bad to my colleagues?"
It is the right question to ask, and it matters more than the money. Our answer: the case content is clinician-written and clinician-signed, the scorecard is explicitly formative rather than an assessment, and we require you to disclose the paid link. That last one is our rule, not only the regulator's. A doctor who hides a paid link loses a great deal more than $50.
