Diagnosica is an educational clinical simulator for medical students and doctors. If something is not working, or you have a question this page does not answer, email us and a person will read it.
We aim to reply within two working days. Diagnosica is built by a small team, so there is no phone line and no live chat. Email reaches us directly.
You take a history from an AI patient by voice or text, order tests and look at real imaging, commit to a diagnosis and a management plan, then talk your reasoning through with an AI senior and get marked against core clinical competencies. Every patient is fictional.
If you subscribed inside the iPhone or iPad app, cancel in Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your device. On Android, cancel in the Google Play Store > Payments and subscriptions. If you subscribed on the website, open Profile in the app and use the billing section there. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period you have paid for ends.
Open Profile and tap Restore purchases. That re-checks your purchase with the store and unlocks your subscription. Make sure you are signed in to the same account you subscribed with. If it still does not unlock, email us and include the email address on your Diagnosica account.
In the app, go to Profile > Delete account. Your account then enters a 30-day grace period, during which signing back in restores everything. After 30 days your account and all its data are permanently deleted. Any active subscription is cancelled at the moment you request deletion.
Purchases made in the iPhone or iPad app are handled by Apple, so refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com. Purchases made on Android go through Google Play. For a subscription bought on the website, email us. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves, because we never receive the payment directly.
Diagnosica signs you in with your email, or with Google, Microsoft, GitHub or Apple. Use the same method you signed up with, since a different method creates a separate account. If you are stuck in a loop, close the app fully and reopen it. If that fails, email us with the address you are trying to use.
Voice needs microphone permission. On iPhone or iPad, check Settings > Diagnosica > Microphone. On Android, check the app's permissions. Also make sure your device is not on silent, and that no other app is holding the microphone. You can always type instead of speaking, and the case is marked the same way.
Please tell us. Our cases are written and reviewed by a qualified doctor, but we would rather hear about a problem than leave it. Email us with the case name and what you think is wrong, and it goes straight to clinical review. You can also use the feedback option inside the app.
What we collect, who processes it, and how to get a copy or have it deleted is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Diagnosica is operated by CC Global Group LLC. For any support, billing or privacy question, contact mostafa@diagnosica.com.
