When paying makes sense
Standard is $14.99 a month or $119.99 a year (UK: £15 a month or £129 a year). It raises the limit to 50 cases a month and adds 120 voice minutes and transcript export. Most people only need it in the weeks before an exam.
What it will not help with
Physical examination stations. Diagnosica covers history taking, investigations, diagnosis and management. For examination technique, free written OSCE guides such as Geeky Medics and a study partner are still the best route.

Yes. Diagnosica has native apps on Google Play and the App Store, and runs in any browser at app.diagnosica.com. It is one account across all three, so your cases, streak and league position follow you from a laptop to your phone and back.
