Diagnosica is free to start, with no card. Standard is US$14.99 a month or US$119.99 a year (UK: £14.99 a month or £129.99 a year).
The annual plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and a 3-month plan (US$34.99 / £34.99) is one payment that never renews. Final-year medical students can get Standard for US$79.99 / £69.99 a year.
Diagnosica is an AI clinical simulator for medical students and junior doctors. You take a history from an AI patient on video, by voice or text, order labs and real imaging, commit to a diagnosis and management plan, and get a competency scorecard.

The website charges US dollars or pounds. On the App Store and Google Play, you pay in your own currency at a local price that is about the same as US$14.99 a month or US$119.99 a year. For example, annual is CA$149.99 in Canada and €129.99 in the eurozone.
Where you can pay
On the web at app.diagnosica.com, in the iPhone app or in the Android app. It's one account everywhere, so a plan bought on one works on the others.
Cancelling
Monthly and annual plans renew until you cancel. Cancel on the web in your profile, or in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions if you paid there. You keep Standard until the end of the period you paid for. The 3-month plan doesn't renew.

Is there a free trial of Standard?
Yes. The annual plan starts with a 14-day free trial, capped at 15 cases and 60 minutes of voice, and one trial per account. If you cancel before it ends you are not charged.
Is there a student price?
Yes. Final-year medical students can get Standard for US$79.99 or £69.99 a year. It is offered to people who say they are in their final year when they set up their profile.
Does the 3-month plan renew?
No. It is one payment of US$34.99 or £34.99 for 3 months of Standard, and it ends on its own.
Does Diagnosica work on Android and iPhone?
Yes. Diagnosica has native apps on Google Play and the App Store, and runs in any browser at app.diagnosica.com. It is one account across all three, so your cases, streak and league position follow you from a laptop to your phone and back.
Is Diagnosica legit, and who makes it?
Diagnosica is a small, independent company operated by CC Global Group LLC, live on the web, the App Store and Google Play. Cases are written for teaching and clinically reviewed before they go live. It is a learning tool, not a medical device, and it is not affiliated with any exam board.
