Is Diagnosica good for UKMLA CPSA practice?
It helps with the history taking, clinical reasoning and management parts of the CPSA. It does not cover physical examination or practical skills stations, and it is not affiliated with the GMC, the Medical Schools Council or any exam board, so treat it as practice rather than a mock exam.
Can Diagnosica replace a question bank for USMLE Step 2 CK?
No. Use it alongside a question bank. A question bank trains you to recognise the answer among five options; a Diagnosica case makes you take the history, choose the tests and commit to the next step with nothing to pick from, which is the skill the vignettes assume.
Does Diagnosica help with MRCP PACES?
It gives you repetitions of the history taking and communication parts: a patient who only answers what you ask, under a clock, followed by marking on communication and clinical reasoning. It does not simulate the clinical examination stations, which still need real patients.

Diagnosica is a small, independent company operated by CC Global Group LLC, live on the web, the App Store and Google Play. Cases are written for teaching and clinically reviewed before they go live. It is a learning tool, not a medical device, and it is not affiliated with any exam board.
