Which length should you buy?

For Quesmed, buy by your exam date. Pick enough months to reach exam day, because 6 months costs twice 1 month, and 12 months lowers the monthly rate further. For UKMLA, our sums from listed prices are £14.99 for 1 month, £29.99 for 6 months, £39.99 for 12 months as of November 2026.

Example. Finals in 4 months: one month rolling for four months would be £59.96 against £29.99 for the 6 month plan. (That's 14.99 x 4 = 59.96, our sums.)

For MRCP, per month drops from £28.33 on 3 months to £12.50 on 12 months, our sums, as of November 2026.

Quesmed per month: UKMLA £14.99 down to £3.33, MRCP Part 1 £28.33 down to £12.50

Does Quesmed renew, and can you get a refund?

Quesmed subscriptions use auto renewal, so you’re billed again unless you cancel, which you can do any time from your profile before the renewal date. The terms say payments are non-refundable, with no refunds for partial periods. There’s an MRCP pass guarantee with conditions that can return your fee if you fail.

Subscriptions roll and renew, and you can cancel on the Profile page in the FAQ. The terms and conditions, last updated 3 November 2023, state payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds for partial periods.

Quesmed’s MRCP pass guarantee offers a full refund if you fail, provided you complete at least 80% of questions, use it weekly from start to exam week, over at least one month, and submit evidence.

Watch out. Put your exam date and renewal date in a calendar before you pay.

Group discount, from the FAQ: 2 people 10% back, 3 people 15%, 4 to 6 people 20%, applied automatically after a 7 day group window.

What Quesmed gets right for the price

As of November 2026, Quesmed’s UKMLA AKT and CPSA Bundle is £59.99 for 12 months, combining the question bank and unlimited AI OSCE by text or voice; if you split them, each lists 12 months at £39.99 for questions or £39.99 for OSCE on the same page.

The same UKMLA plan includes 15,000 flashcards, 100 hours of video, and an offline app, so you can revise across formats without juggling add ons.

A free plan is not listed, so use the Try out demo first; if you want alternatives, see Quesmed alternatives.

Is Quesmed more expensive than PassMedicine?

Quesmed is more expensive than PassMedicine for a 12 month finals question bank as of November 2026, by £9.99. Quesmed lists £39.99 for 12 months and PassMedicine lists £30. The plans differ, so price alone can mislead.

Where Diagnosica fits

Quesmed's AI OSCE is a bank of stations with marking; Diagnosica is a different job, an AI clinical simulator where you speak to a video avatar by voice or text, order investigations, commit to a diagnosis and plan, then see a competency scorecard, free to start, no card, on iPhone, Android and the web.

Diagnosica doesn't do physical examination practice, and it's not a question bank or a replacement for one.
